We may have had our fill of chocolate during the love month but that doesn’t mean we have to kick our craving the rest of the year. With summer’s heat approaching, there’s only one thing to do: melt that chocolate.
As studly chocolatiers Christian Valdes and Marvin Bagube of CMBV Confectionaires show us, the season’s flavor can inspire the addition of fruit and nut bits to create a crispy delight. B/TV’s Bench Bites visited the cacao-commanding duo at their Taguig studio and had them whip up a batch of Fruit & Nut Clusters that you can try at home. Keep a Kleenex handy: fingers are about to get deliciously muddy!
