The hotness continues.

Picture this: It’s a normal, boring weekday and you’re at work, scrolling through your feed during your lunch break. Everything’s a little too bland for your tastes; even the seemingly endless food posts hurling at you from pretty much everyone don’t satiate your hunger. And then there it comes, the post you’ve been waiting for, the photo you’re been scrolling through for. Suddenly your eyes widen and you lick your lips. It’s your favorite thirst trap. What has he or she been up to today? That photo probably isn’t going to tell you, because even though every photo of theirs is just downright delicious, they probably have busy days like you. And then you realize that damn, how do they get that body with that schedule? I mean, how do you manage to look that hot and still be a marketing officer, a director, or a chef?

Well, lucky for you, we went ahead and found out. In this second part of our sexiest bodies on Instagram, we get to know the next five on our list: Karla Ong, Mark Floro, Sam Lee, Jake Jereza, and Alma Luarca.

Karla Ong, @karlaong

What do you do?

I’m an account executive at a tech start up providing loyalty solutions and a PR and marketing officer at Onelife Studio.

What does a typical day look like for you?

I don’t really have a set schedule so my days really differ but they usually consist of work meetings and reports, lots of food, walking my dogs, doing laundry, Pilates/HIIT, Netflixing, and spending time with family, friends, and my boyfriend (online and offline).

What’s your workout routine like?

I try to workout at least 3 days in a week. I mainly do back-to-back classes of Reformer Pilates at Onelife Studio wherein I take a foundation/intermediate class then a jumpboard/athletic conditioning class. I do HIIT as well at Elorde Gym where each day of the week has a different focus. This is a great combination of low impact and high intensity workouts, so I’m able to tackle cardio, strength and endurance training, toning and stretching — all in proper form.

Which part of your body is your favorite?

Probably my legs.

What is sexy for you?

Tall, light-skinned, super cute, smart, kind, a great sense of humor with a killer appetite to match mine. And an awesome Spotify playlist.

Who’s your ultimate fitspiration?

It’s got to be my Onelife studio director, Tanya Aguila. She’s a super fit and fab girl boss, a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor, Nike Trainer, a post-grad student earning her MBA too, and has become a vegetarian this year (which is mind-blowing to me, because how can you say goodbye to meat?!). Her discipline and vision to spread positivity and empowerment is what I find most inspiring about her.

What’s your advice for someone who wants to be more comfortable with their body?

To quote Kevin Gnapoor: “Don’t let the haters stop you from doin’ your thang.”

Samantha Lee, @givemesam

What do you do?

I’m a freelance director and a multimedia editor.

What’s your workout routine like?

I have a weekly basketball game on Monday nights and on the other days I go boxing or do random workouts at the gym.

Which part of your body is your favorite?

My brain.

How do you feel about being called a thirst trap?

I’ve been to thirst trap rehab and I’ve been clean for 175 days.

Who is the ultimate thirst trap for you?

Emrata.

What’s the secret to a really good selfie?

The doggy filter and lots of alcohol.

What is sexy for you?

A girl who reads.

Mark Floro, @markedfloro

What do you do?

I was a cook at my family’s restaurant in Japan, but I decided to go back to the Philippines to get my culinary degree. I’m also into bodybuilding and fitness.

What does a typical day look like for you?

A typical day for me is completing my everyday priorities, and ending the day with a sense of satisfaction.

What’s your workout routine like?

Wake up in the morning and do a fasted exercise, then in the afternoon do my work out.

Which part of your body is your favorite?

My legs.

How do you feel about being called a thirst trap?

I don’t know [Laughs]. I just want to inspire people so that they can achieve their body goals.

Who is the ultimate thirst trap for you?

Hmm… Ellen Adarna.

What is sexy for you?

Being comfortable in your own skin. It’s about knowing and accepting who you are.

Jake Jereza, @jakejereza

What do you do?

I’m a filmmaker and commercial director.

What does a typical day look like for you?

On busy days, I’m usually running around the city doing meetings with my DOP (and boyfriend) and our producer. We have shoot days too but they happen less often since the bulk of our work is really doing prep. I also like to hang out and work at cafes either by myself or with my boyfriend when we try to get creative haha. On chill days, I hang out at my boyfriend’s place where we watch Netflix (or I play a lot of Overwatch). Sometimes we cook too, and that’s a lot of fun.

Which part of your body is your favorite?

My smile, I guess? I mean, I have bad teeth but people have always told me that I have a nice smile. It’s probably ‘cause when I’m happy, I really let myself feel happy so I guess that comes through. Or you know, my mouth is just wide [Laughs].

How do you feel about being called a thirst trap?

Uhm, I don’t recall ever being called one before? [Laughs]. But if I have, then I’m incredibly flattered. I mean, I’m not gonna lie, it feels good if people think you’re attractive.

Who is the ultimate thirst trap for you?

Hmm, haven’t really thought about that. I’m not really into celebrities or models. I’m more into guys who I can see in front of me or guys who I get to interact with. Like, at the shoot for this feature, there was this guy named Mark who was shot before me. I’d say he’s a pretty good specimen of a thirst trap [Laughs]. Also, I’m super into cute East Asian guys.

What’s the secret to a really good selfie?

Good lighting, I guess? But I’m not really into selfies though. I like it better when the pictures are of you not knowing that a picture’s being taken and you’re kinda caught off guard. I think those are really nice. I guess the idea is that beautiful things never ask for attention. (And yeah, that’s from the Walter Mitty movie.)

What is sexy for you?

I’m more into toned guys more than bulky guys. Like, I have such a thing for washboard abs. But lower faculties aside, I think being a good talker is really sexy. Guys who are interesting and can carry a conversation for hours. I like talking a lot. But it has to be the great kind. So yeah, I really like a guy who I can get on the same wavelength with. Also, being a good listener in a conversation means that you’re a good listener in bed [Laughs].

Alma Luarca, @teyluarca

Tell us what a typical day looks like for you.

I check my phone, get off bed, and then I eat my breakfast. I try to asses my day, like if I’m going somewhere, I should workout before that.

So the stuff that you do everyday changes a lot.

Yes.

What’s your workout routine like?

I mix yoga and pilates, like the elements. I like stretching, jumping jacks. I do cardio on the treadmill and bicycle. I do most of my yoga and pilates on my mat.

What’s your favorite workout?

I’m not actually familiar with all the names or the kinds of workouts. If I have a problematic area, let’s say my back, I do a lot of stretches and try to manipulate or endure the pain. I just move it out, release it.

What got you into working out?

I think loving myself got me into it. ‘Cause I really hated myself. I’m one of those people who are their biggest critic. I try to love myself despite that. And working out has really helped with my self-esteem, and my mental health as well.

Who’s your biggest fitness inspiration?

I really love Blogilates (Cassey Ho), she’s a YouTuber.
